You may stop using the service and close an account through available controls or by contacting us. Payment, ownership, disclaimers, limitations, dispute terms, and other provisions that should survive will continue after termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that content is complete or current, that the service is always available or secure, or that a product or service will produce a particular personal, financial, business, health, or other outcome.

To the fullest extent allowed, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities; third-party conduct; unauthorized access; or service interruptions.

Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected offering during the previous 12 months, or $100 if nothing was paid. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so they apply only where permitted.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, disasters, public-health events, labor disputes, carrier or supplier failures, outages, cyberattacks, government action, war, civil disorder, or platform failures. We will use reasonable efforts to reduce the impact and resume performance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the region where we operate, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

The parties will first attempt good-faith informal resolution. Unless another written agreement applies, eligible disputes may be brought in courts with jurisdiction in the region where we operate.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the update date. Material changes may receive additional notice through the website, account, or email where required.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as necessary and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without consent; we may transfer them with a sale, merger, reorganization, or transfer of the service.
